K3 Kimi Terms of Service | Kimi K3 Credits and Plans

These Terms of Service govern your access to K3 Kimi at k3kimi.com. By creating an account, submitting a model request, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Independent Service

K3 Kimi is an independent hosted interface that accesses moonshotai/kimi-k3 through OpenRouter. K3 Kimi is not operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Moonshot AI or OpenRouter. Third-party names, trademarks, models, APIs, and services remain the property of their respective owners.

You are buying access and credits from K3 Kimi, not an official Moonshot AI or OpenRouter subscription.

Seller and Payment Processor

K3 Kimi plans and credits are sold under the ShinStar business profile. Stripe is the payment processor and securely collects payment details at checkout. K3 Kimi does not receive or store your full card number.

The seller name, total price, currency, billing interval, renewal terms, and any applicable discount are shown before you confirm payment. Your bank statement may use the descriptor associated with the ShinStar Stripe account. Contact contact@k3kimi.com before opening a dispute if you do not recognize a K3 Kimi charge.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Kimi K3 chat requires an account with a paid plan or credit pack; no signup credits are granted. Signed browser identifiers and pseudonymous network and browser signals may be used to enforce a daily abuse limit.

Kimi K3 Chat and Credits

• A completed text response costs 100 K3 Kimi credits.
• A completed response with one image costs 150 credits.
• Chat responses require sign-in, a paid plan or credit pack, and sufficient credits.
• A request rejected before model execution does not consume response credits.
• K3 Kimi limits recent conversation context, message length, image type, image size, and output length to control reliability and cost.
• Credits have the validity period shown on the plan or credit grant.
• Credits are service units, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Model responses may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Verify code, citations, legal conclusions, financial decisions, medical information, and other high-impact output independently.

Plans, Billing, and Renewal

Current prices, included credits, billing intervals, and estimated response counts appear on Pricing and at checkout.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe until cancelled. You authorize Stripe and K3 Kimi to charge the payment method associated with the subscription for each renewal, including applicable taxes. You can cancel from Billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally leaves access active through the paid period. If checkout is shown as unavailable, no subscription order can be placed until payment configuration is restored.

Annual plans grant the annual credit amount for the annual term. The monthly figure shown for an annual plan is an equivalent display price, not a monthly charge.

Refunds

If a duplicate charge, billing error, or material service failure occurred, contact contact@k3kimi.com within 14 days of the charge. Include the account email and order reference, but never send a full card number.

Except where required by law, used subscription periods and consumed credits are not refundable. Approved refunds may cancel the related subscription and revoke unused credits granted by that payment. Chargebacks and payment disputes may suspend the account while reviewed.

Acceptable Use

You may not use K3 Kimi to:

• violate law or the rights of another person;
• create, distribute, or facilitate malware, credential theft, fraud, or unauthorized access;
• exploit, sexualize, or endanger children;
• generate targeted harassment, non-consensual sexual content, or credible threats;
• submit content you do not have the right to process;
• bypass rate limits, credits, authentication, security controls, or provider safeguards;
• automate unreasonable traffic, resell account access, or interfere with service availability;
• make high-impact decisions about another person solely from model output where law or fairness requires human review.

We may block a request or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, payment systems, or the service.

Your Content

You retain rights you already have in prompts and images you submit. You grant K3 Kimi and its service providers the limited rights needed to transmit, process, and return that content, prevent abuse, support your account, and comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content. Do not submit confidential or regulated information unless you have reviewed the Privacy Policy and confirmed that your use is permitted.

Third-Party Services

K3 Kimi depends on OpenRouter, model providers, Cloudflare, Stripe, email providers, analytics services, and other infrastructure. Their outages, policy changes, moderation, rate limits, pricing, and response quality may affect the service. We may replace a provider or temporarily disable a feature when operationally necessary.

Intellectual Property

The K3 Kimi site, branding, original text, interface, and service presentation are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant rights to Moonshot AI, Kimi, OpenRouter, Stripe, or other third-party marks.

Suspension and Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or payment risk, abuse providers, or expose us or others to legal harm. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion subject to billing, security, and legal retention requirements.

Service Changes

We may change features, credit costs, plans, limits, providers, or availability. A pricing change applies prospectively and will be shown before a new purchase or renewal as required by law.

Disclaimers

The service and model output are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K3 Kimi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made from model output. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to K3 Kimi during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a different limit.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
